RETURN POLICY
Goods return:
Any willing to return a purchased good must be submitted via e-mail at madame@madamepalm.com within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return procedure:
1. Please contact us via Contact Form or via e-mail at madame@madamepalm.com and inform us regarding your order number and the reasons why you would like to return the item. Our customer service assistants will process your return and will be happy to advise you with any further questions you may have.
2. We only accept returned items if they are unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging. The item (or items) must be sent together with the jewel box and all the documents received from Madame Palm.
3. We will refund you net of return shipping costs, once the item has been received, checked and processed as compliant with the indications stated above at 2. The crediting date is the same as the debit, therefore you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
4. After we have received the parcel, it may take a few days for us to process your return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail concerning your refund.
5. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions and in our sole discretion.
